A. Front Yard as Amended August 26, 1963—R-3 Zone. All buildings shall have a minimum front yard of at least five feet.

B. Side Yards as Amended August 26, 1963—R-3 Zone. On corner lots, the side yard which abuts upon a street shall be not less than five (5) feet.
