§ 17.52.090. Appeal—Application
A. Any officer or department of the town, or any citizen or person may appeal to the board of adjustment by filing a request in writing with the town manager, provided such appeal is made within thirty (30) days from the grant or refusal of a building permit by the building inspector. The request to appear before the board of adjustment shall be made on the form "Application to Appear Before the Board of Adjustment," a copy of which is given below or as may be amended. Said form is as follows:
